Junior Health Minister Michael Scott has been promoted to Health Minister.

Speaking at a press conference yesterday Mr. Scott listed his priorities as the building of the new hospital, looking at the possibility of satellite hospitals in the east and west end, working closely with overseas management firm Kuron and overseeing the transfer of patients from the indigent clinic into private doctors' practices.
