Speaker Stanley Lowe, JP, MP
Mr. Lowe has served as MP for Southampton East continuously for over 30 years. Well regarded for his influence, knowledge of Parliamentary rules and procedure and disposition for fairness, he was elected Speaker of the House in 1998.
