Hon. Ewart Brown, JP, MP, MD
Premier & Minister of Tourism & Transport

As the representative for Warwick South Central, Premier Brown continues to make himself available to address constituency concerns and he maintains an open-door policy to every constituent. As Premier, he undertakes to continue to provide a vision for Bermuda that creates opportunities for young people, support and compassion for seniors and a vibrant, growing tourism industry. Two of his key accomplishments are the introduction of fast ferries and the steady reduction of airfares to the island. Premier Brown is tireless in his commitment to you, the voters in constituency 26 and to the wider electorate as Premier.

Hon. Paula Cox, JP, MP
Deputy Premier & Minister of Finance & Economic Development

Paula Cox currently serves as Deputy Premier of the Government of Bermuda as well as the Minister of Finance and Economic Development. She has had varied experience in Government having held a number of Cabinet portfolios. Deputy Premier Cox has gained respect across party lines for her brilliance as an articulate young lawyer and administrator.

Hon. Derrick Burgess, JP, MP
Minister of Works & Engineering

Derrick Burgess continues to be outspoken on issues affecting the workers in Bermuda. He works tirelessly to protect the interests of Bermudians, ensuring that there is justice and fair play in the work place. Having previously served as the Minister of Labour & Immigration, he was appointed Minister of Works & Engineering immediately following the 2007 general election.

Hon. Elvin James, JP, MP
Minister of Education

Elvin James, a former member of Parliament, was born and raised in Warwick and has maintained strong roots in the community. Minister James has a background in education, sports, administration, and youth programmes. A well known and recognized local figure, Minister James is a strong advocate for his constituency by promoting locally organised community based programmes. Immediately following the 2007 general election, Elvin James was appointed Minister of the Environment and Sport. In November 2008, he was appointed Minister of Education.

Hon. Michael Scott, JP, MP
Minister of Energy, Telecommunications and E-Commerce

Minister Scott follows in the great tradition of the Hon. C Eugene Cox CBE JP MP as a representative who is available, responsive, and reliable. Having listened to his constituents some of his accomplishments include the completion of the sea wall restoration on Boaz Island and the replacement of doors, windows and screening at BIG Units. He recently used the Hustle Truck program to clean up the vacant lot on Cambridge Road and was vital in the ongoing development of 100 affordable homes on Ireland Island. In July 2009, he was appointed Minister of Energy Telecommunications and E-Commerce.

Minister of Environment, Youth & Sport

Glenn Blakeney is the sitting MP for Constituency 13 and was appointed Minister of Environment, Youth and Sport on November 4, 2008. Mr. Blakeney is a community leader and entrepreneur. He is known for his tenacity and work ethic and his demonstrated commitment to our young people and preserving our beautiful island serve him well as Minister.

Hon. Neletha Butterfield, MBE, JP, MP
Minister of Culture & Social Rehabilitation

Voted Bermudian Of The Year in 1988, Neletha Butterfield is a single mother of three whose own pursuit of education as an adult enabled her to provide for her family. A member of Parliament since 1998, she also served as a Senator and as spokesperson for Education, Community & Cultural Affair, Youth Development, Sports, Parks & Recreation and Women's Issues. Ms. Butterfield has served in the cabinet, twice as the Ministry of Environment another with Telecommunications & E-Commerce and currently as Minister of Culture & Social Rehabilitation.

Hon. Walter Roban, JP, MP
Minister of Health

A former Senator, Walter Roban held the Junior Ministerial portfolios of Tourism & Transport and Education and Development in Government. As the MP for Pembroke East, he recognizes that this is an urbanized area and therefore commits himself to working with residents to identify green spaces and community areas. Mr. Roban puts his constituency first, focusing on improving street lighting, paving roads, identifying derelict structures and redeveloping affordable family homes. He served briefly as a Minister without Portfolio before being elevated to Minister of Health in September 2009.

Minister Without Portfolio

Mr. De Silva is a self-made business titan whose impressive record of accomplishments in Bermuda's mainstream economy spans decades. From humble beginnings as a dishwasher at a pub in Hamilton, Zane is now owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Island Construction, one of Bermuda's major diversified local companies. Zane is a conscious, civic-minded citizen who throws his company's support behind youth, educational, sports and faith-based organisations.

Senator the Hon. Kim Wilson
Attorney General

Kim N. Wilson is a lawyer and Partner at Trott and Duncan Law firm in Hamilton. Having attained Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Illinois, a Masters in Education from Indiana University, and a LLB from London University in the United Kingdom, Ms. Wilson was admitted to the local bar in 1995. In addition to her regular practice she serves and Managing Partner at Trott and Duncan with responsibilities for the day to day operation of the company. In November, 2006 she was appointed as a Government Senator and currently serves as Attorney General of Bermuda.

Senator the Hon. Lt. Col David Burch
Minister of Labour, Home Affairs & Housing

Colonel Burch retired as Commanding Officer of The Bermuda Regiment after 20 years of active and distinguished military service. In government, Col Burch Serves as the Government Leader in the Senate and was appointed Minister of Labour, Home Affairs and Housing following the 2007 general election.
