Neville was educated at the Central School (now Victor Scott), the Bermuda Technical Institute, and the Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom..
Neville is what can be defined as a true community servant. His service to Bermuda spans decades and includes, but is not limited to, the Hamilton Rotary Club, the Race Relations Council, the Broadcasting Commission and the Bermuda Council for Drug Free Sports. He is also the past President of the Bermuda Football Association.
MP Tyrrell’s long and successful career in the private sector began at Cable & Wireless as a Trainee Telegraph & Coast Station Operator. He left the company in 1996 after rising to the position of Manager of Human Resources & Administration. In 1998 he joined Colonial Pension Services Ltd, as a Pension Consultant, and retired in 2014.
With ties to the grassroots and the boardroom, Neville represents the diverse nature of PLP supporters. Within the Progressive Labour Party he has served as Party Chairman from 2000-2004, as Secretary General from 1998-2000, and in other branch capacities. Neville also served as a Government Senator under former Premier the Hon. W. Alexander Scott, from March 2004 to October 2006..
Neville serves the people honestly and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. His primary concerns for Bermuda are education, jobs and seniors, and he advocates on these key issues on behalf of his constituents in Warwick South Central and the people of Bermuda.
Neville is married to Sheila. They have three children, Teena, Craig & Nekisha. He is committed to working hard for the people who have entrusted him to make their voices heard..
